WFC strives to encourage women to tap into their feminine energy and use wholistic fitness  as a healing art by way of hula hoop, belly dancing, yoga,skating,  pole dancing, sensual movement, etc, which can balance the yin (feminine) aspects of ourselves and help us heal by releasing  stress, trauma, hurt, insecurities, etc.. They say where there is movement, there is life…..and this new found movement and confidence can transfer into our families and the relationships with the men in our lives.  Fun movement through skating, biking, hiking, running, and jump rope are also alternative routes to the everyday gym or conventional workout routines.
